Lego needed three playful spots to feature their holiday card maker website, minifigurefamily.com. I was fortunate to be able to take the lead on the designing and directing the look and feel on these spots. Working closely with the team, we scripted three scenarios that would be funny and quick to read at 15 seconds max. I developed the look and modeled what I needed to in Cinema 4D and then exported models out to the maya team once the client approved. They rebuilt shaders in Maya and animated the scenes. Then, it came back to me for composting and final color adjust. Lego provided us with some assets of the lego characters and decals which certainly helped speed things along. This project was a total joy. Who doesn't want a lego project in their portfolio?
